Excavation
We unearth patterns of thought and movement — the inherited postures, the protective armor, the hidden desire.

Ritual
Gesture and rhythm as offering. Repetition until meaning surfaces and the unconscious begins to speak in the limbs.

Return
We do not leave the myth behind. We carry it home in the wrists, the pelvis, the gaze.
